How can I do a reservation?
Reservations can be done by e-mail, fax, telephon or directly in our office.
Is a deposit required and, if yes, how much? A deposit of 30% of the rent amount has to be paid within 14 days after have received the confirmation sent by our agency.
How can I pay the deposit? The deposit can be paid by postal order to our adress, by bank transfer or by cheque.
What is included in the rent amount? The price includes the accommodation in a good condition apartment or house, with furnichings conforming to the category of the lodgings and to the number of occupants, including furniture, cooking utensils, cutlery dishes, stove, refrigerator, blankets and pillows, normal gas consumption, hot and cold water, electricity; taxes and commissions, bed linen with weekly change; any minor repairs and maintenance are also included and will be carried out with the minimum delay.
Are animals allowed? Animals are allowed only in lodgings marked with special signs.
When, where and how can I collect the keys? Arrival is in our office in Via Gorizia n. 26 (Tel. 0431/71223) in Lignano Sabbiadoro, from 04.00 to 08.00 p.m. of the arrival day. Arrivals at other times must be previously agreed upon.
When have I to pay the amount agreed? The amount has to be paid at the arrival, at the delivery of the keys. It’s possible to pay cash or with cheques. Credit cards are not accepted.
Is a caution required and when have I to pay it? A caution is required and is equal to Euro 100.00. It’s to pay at the arrival together with the rest of the rent amount.
Is it possible to rent cradles and high chairs? For one child (till 2 years) per family and on request before arrival, our agency is able to place a cradle at your disposal for the (free of charge) Sorry but high chairs are not available.
Till what time can I stay in the apartment the day of departure? Last day, the apartment, is at your disposal till 9.00 a.m.
How can I find the lodging at my arrival? At your arrival, we’ll give you a map with the exact position of the rented lodging.
How have I to leave the apartment last day? You don’t need to make the final cleaning before departure but, of course, dishes must be wasched up and rubbish must be throwed in to the special dust-bin (outside of the house).
What have I to do in case of damaged or out of order things in the apartment? In this case, we ask you to inform us immediately about any problem and we’ll make the possible to solve it in short time.
